On 8 floors of the MAS, a whole variety of activities and workshops will be available for you to discover. From cuddling dogs to playing board games and viewing one of the exhibitions at the MAS. But if you're looking for something a bit more active, you can go for a dance, take part in a self-defence workshop, go in for a spot of gaming or take in a meditation session. At break ’n boost, all these things are possible!
Before you come, why not put together your own individual programme? You can even book a poké bowl to make sure you have enough energy! Or you can simply turn up sometime in the evening and join in with whatever activities still have places.

For a single day on location at the MAS, but for the rest of the academic year, you’ll find CABIN at the student hub, GATE15. It’s a welcoming space where you’ll find both mental and physical space to be yourself, to meet others and experiment through inspiring workshops. It's also the place to find support if you don't feel your best (even just for a moment).

The 6th is hosted during break ‘n boost by the Stuvo's (Student Facilities Services), who are also there for you throughout the rest of the year. You can turn to them for a one-to-one chat, a referral, or a group session on topics that are on your mind. Fancy some relaxation? Financial questions? Worries about your student accommodation? You can turn to them for that too. And good to know: the service is free.
